New Banner ads

As you may have noticed by now, we're finally ready to run some corporate advertising.

The ones in place to begin with are designed to test the code and the performance of the ad server, hopefully if things work out, we'll start to see a few more (relevant ones) appear in the same spaces which should provide a modest but steady flow of revenue going forward.
