TunerFreeMCE
Had a quick look on the forums and nobody seems to have mentioned a tool I've started using: TunerFreeMCE.
Now, I know this is an Aus forum and I'm a POM but it is a neat tool which I use for gathering all the various Internet TV content from UK and US TV stations and deliver them into MCE and it is worth a mention. The tool is very tidy but needs a bit of work still. iPlayer interaction is still a bit ropey on my system but the others seem pretty stable.
I also run MyMovies which is mentioned in other threads. Would be nice if they could both get menu space but as it is, TunerFree ends up residing under Programs whilst MyMovies gets the slot for me.
Might be useful for somebody out there.

It usually pops up in threads about internet tv and streaming services. As you alluded to, it isnt as exciting for Oz users as it is for UK/US users. Im glad the author has updated it to support W7 though
