Just #^%$( lost all channels

So the missus gets home and "Not TV Signal" - i tell her to reboot - has fixed it before ... nothing this time.

I get home and go thru process of setting up tv signal and trying to re-scan all channels - NOTHING !

So i've lost all tv channels and i cant figure out what to do to get them back...

Please help before it goes flying out the window ..

For a week now i've been running the antenna through a splitter/amp to make use of the inbuilt tuners of my t.v (in case of emergency) without a problem - today it seemed to be a problem - ie, when i removed the splitter, antenna straight into the media centre, i got my tv channels back ...

Go figure...

After about four weeks of not having a Vista MCE guide screw up it happened to me yesterday, and a rescan showed no services (I usually get around 44).

I am attributing it to the heavy rainfall here. Tried it again later and everything came back.

Yes I get some issues with the rain too but this looks more like the amplification on the splitter is set too high or a combination. You tend to need only very minimal amplification or you lose all signal.

So Oz it DOES rain on Mars. God I knew there was life on that planet.
