MCE Sync to WM6 smartphone How do I change the resolution?

Hi all

So I can sync my recorded tv to my HTC VOX WM6, using XP MCE and media
player 11. All good

But there is a big but.. . . .

The resolution of the converted WMV on my phone is 160 x 90

my phone does 240 x 320

So how do i tell the media player sync function to convert to 240 x
320?

Thanks
