Digital sound input

Holy grail question again. Systen has been stable and working great for 4-6 months. Time to stuff it up. Been ussing a Happ 150 for foxtel but ran a seperate PVR (DVICO) that captures FTA digital with a its own hard drive. My problem has always been stereo signal comes into VMC because of the 3.5 jack although the Pace foxtel box has an optical (TOS) link out. Is there any analogue capture card or Tuner card that will take Foxtel and a optical sound input?? Doubt but thought I'd try.
