oztivo/brp - why is listing2.xml not created

I'm using the oztivo/brp combination and it has been working really well - thanks to everyone who put it together.

That was up untl a a few days ago, when my guide data dropped out and I started to get error code 33 messages in media centre.

I renamed and recreated the epg subhive in the registry but that caused some concern to media centre (!). I restored the entries, uninstalled and reinstalled brp and everything "seems" to be working fine, with brp running with no errors.

However, the created guide.bin file is only 3kb and I don't have a listing2.xml file... when I import the guide data into media centre there's nothing in it.

any ideas? what creates the listing2.xml file? does it come from brp or media centre?

thanks

r

on another note - is it possible for brp to retry the grabber section a few times (3?) in case of 'time out' errors? I find that the oztivo grabber works on the third attempt.

I fixed it... I didn't have a copy of the correct ChannelInfo.xml in the guidedata folder.
