Entering data in Oztivo

I have been trying to help with the data input in Oztivo and have been able to input data where missing but I'm unable to download a file and modify it. What I want to do is say take an existing stationday file of say Ten Brisbane download it and modify it with the nessasary program changes to Ten Sunshine Coast to save having to enter all the same enteries common to both. I can't seem to download the existing files from OzTivo. Anyone have experience with this that can help?

Oberg.
