OZTivo HD Guide Data

Just wondering if OzTivo's guide will get HD specific guide data in the future.
I just noticed last night that the 10HD was not showing in the guide what was showing.
Battle Star Gallactia etc.

Cheers Oztivo is the Most reiable source for EPG I have used.

Re: OZTivo HD Guide Data

Oztivo already have HD multichannel specific listings for 7 and 10, the exact Oztivo channel names are SevenHD and TenHD.

Be aware that there are two issues

1. SevenHD and TenHD multichannel only listings do not have the simulcast guide data that is shared with Seven and Ten.

It would be nice if Oztivo firstly duplicated Seven > SevenHD and Ten > TenHD, then updated SevenHD and TenHD with the mutlichannel specific listings, then would have a complete HD simulcast and partially complete miltichannel guide ( see issue 2 below ).

2. SevenHD and TenHD multichannel only listings are sometimes incomplete, real PITA.

Re: OZTivo HD Guide Data

Hi Guys,

I was also having problems seeing the new HD channels with OzTivoExtreme.

I could see the new HD Channels listed in my Wiki page (http://minnie.tuhs.org/tivo-bin/tvguide.pl) but my MCE wasn't picking them up. I got them working by editing the ChannelInfo file in C:\WINDOWS\ehome\BladeRunnerPro\QuickGuide. Open it in Notepad and add the HD channels into this file, MCE will then pick them up. Hope that helps a few users.

Just get ready to see lots of blank space in the SevenHD and TenHD channels as the SD programming is not listed.

Cheers
Kathlik.

Re: OZTivo HD Guide Data

kathlik, I am having a problem showing the 7hd guide data, it seems to just be a duplicate of seven.

Could you please explain what you ment by adding the HD channels into mentioned file.

Cheers

Re: OZTivo HD Guide Data

Hi Mark,

Tonight (when I get home from work) I will make a screen shot of my channel info file for you. Basically you should have a line for 7 digital and another line for SevenHD. I set up 7 digital on channel 7 and SevenHD on Channel 8.

This will make more sense when you see my file.

Cheers
Kathlik.

Re: OZTivo HD Guide Data

Hey Guys!

Did you manage to get your ozTiVo SD and HD channel data merged? And also fix the 1 hour issue?

We've got some new XMLTV manipulation Win32 console software which you might be interested in.

Thanks,
