Cool OzTivo guide stopped working mce

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
the other day I upgraded my wireless modem to a higher running speed and since then my oztivo TV guide grabber isn’t working in mce when I goto get latest guide listings it gives me a unknown error 33 message then I try to setup a new guide listing in the postcode box I sometimes type 0000 or my postcode here in Adelaide then it goes fine and says download in progress then once its through all that section it tells me download incomplete guide listings could not be retrieved internet connection problem unknown discovery service error code 14 I cant understand why that tis happening because I have a always on connation in mce also I can surf the web fine so there isn’t a internet problem I was wondering if I do a clean install of blade runner pro and start from scratch I mean like delete every known file in the blade runner folder and the epg folder and also in regedit then once its all clean would that help also I have a account on the oztivo page and got the latest blade runner pro and the oz tivo extreme too if anyone can give me some helpful advice that would be a real great help to me or if you need to ask me more feel free too also the blade runner pro and oztivo run fine on my desktop so I don’t see why there should be those errors I have also looked on the web for solutions but the things I found weren’t that helpful to me. Or if anyone knows of any website links that would help me that would be real great too

Gday mike,

you more than likely have a problem with your channel settup through oztivo. chech the oztivo site that any channel names havent been removed or changed. then goto \bladerunnerpro\quickguide directory and rename your channellistings.xml to channellistings.xml.old (or something) when you download again it should re-create the channel listings file again.
