oztivo - guide not updating

I know there is a simple answer for this, but I cannot seem to fix it. Must be losing my marbles.

I installed BRP 3.5 and Oztivo Extreme easily and with no problem on my MCE 2005 box. I added channels and removed the ones I didn't need with "Edit Channels". Everything looked fine, channel data, program information etc.

However when the guide updates automatically, or when I do it manually, MCE says everything is fine but no data gets added to the guide? I am still at the position when I first installed it, and after a few days the data has run out and I just get "No Data available" (apart from SBS).

I like the Oztivo guide (I having been running a Mk1 Tivo for a few years) and would love to use it. I would really appreciate some help.

Thanks

Re: oztivo - guide not updating

Thanks very much for replying. Doing as you suggested causes the guide download routine to execute (which it does successfully) - but are you saying that this is the only way to update the guide? Do the MCE automatic and manual guide download methods not work? Sorry if I seem a bit thick - it's been a long week!

Thanks

yes and no....

In Control Panel -> Scheduled Tasks there should be a BRP entry and it should run at say 12:54am time every 2 days....

I have found checking the Gide every 2 or so days and manually updating the guide to work the best... when you check that all your favorite programs are in to record
...
