OZTivo and series recording

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone is having similar issues or has any suggestions as series recording with the OzTivo guide doesn't seem to work for some/most of the weekly shows. I'm basically setting some of the weekly shows to a series recording and this seems fine (multiple record icons show up indicating series recording). However once the following week comes, there is no scheduled recording for that series. On the other hand a few do work fine.

Specifically "The Great Outdoors" doesn't work properly, but "Two and half Men" works fine every week.

Any hints?


Just a note: Posting in this forum rather than the recording one as I did not have this issue before I started ("was forced") to use OZTivo.

i believe u will find that categories are causing the effect as i have noticed that they assign the "movies" category to some series shows and this disables the series record on those shows.

hopefully they will sort it out or u could PM "guyc" who seems to be in good contact with them.

if u really wanted to u could strip the category tags from the xml data just to make sure all will be good.

This is also happening with ICETV on a few episodes as well, very annoying!! I will be writing t0 Ice when I get around to it.
