Linksys DMA2200 Media Center Extender with DVD Drive

hey just wodndering what everyones opionion is on this device and also if someone can answer some quiestions.

1. does an extender work exactly like vmc on my computer (look feel and act the same)?
2. can i use my computer (say playing a game) while someone changes channels and everything ont he A2200?
