Problems with DVB-T 777 and Server 2003 x64

If this is in the wrong section sorry...

Ive tried searching for half an hour with no success to my problem so far.

I was previously running MCE on another system but was forever having (what im pretty sure) is hardware problems and could never get it running stable or right for long enough.

Ive decided to throw it to the side and now im using my x64 Server 2003 machine as my htpc, well trying to.

Ive got a Avermedia DVB-T 777 installed fine, ive tried both 64bit and non 64 drivers to get it going, the software seems to run fine and the driver installs fine, however when I try a program scan it picks up nothing.

It is a digital antenna as it was working fine with the previous MCE machine, and the line is still fine as the lcd can pick up the analog signal fine.

Im assuming its just something to do with either server 2003 or the 64bit cpu. All i can find on Avermedias site is the 64bit drivers for MCE which im running now.

Yes the antenna is in properly any help on this would be appreciated. thanks
