Fast forward/rewind intervals in Mediaportal?

I'm now using mediaportal on my standard desktop with an mce remote. It's got a pretty good fast forwarding function, but I really miss the "skip" function that exists in winMCE. Is there a plugin for mediaportal that can add this feature or is it already built in somewhere?
