DMA 2200 - wireless advice - routers and modems and wireless - oh my!

Hi, i have just purchased a Linksys DMA2200 media centre extender and am running vista MCE with 2x HDTV tuner installed, i have just moved house so am in the process of connecting ADSL and have my trusty old Siemens SpeedStream6520 to use.

ok: my goal is to have a completely wireless N – network. im looking at buying a PCI Card, and a router or modem/router (i've been getting confused as i'm not sure if some models have a modem included)

So, the setuup i want to have is
PC running Vista-PCI wireless N card --> wireless N router/modem -->DMA2200

1. can i run the ADSL through the sppedstream into a wireless N router??

2. What are the best options for router, modem/router??.. was looking at getting linksys WRT-160N or one of the 'billion' models and then heard some talk about the fact that the apple airport express would be suitable as it supports 802.11n – 5Ghz!..

3. what are the options for routers that support 802.11n 2.4 AND 5Ghz?? and is this worth paying extra for.

4. Does anybody have any experience running a full wireless network in their home (with DMA2200 or similar?)

ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREAT!!!
i'm a bit clueless with all this stuff hence my confusion with the modem/router's and standalone routers!.. i've just been reading and reading and going in circles!!!

It is not recommended to have the MCE wireless, you will not have a great experience with both the MCE and the extender Wireless.

I am using a Netgear WNHDE111 5Ghz 802.11n Wireless Access Point, it works reliably a few rooms away with a few walls in the way and the MCE network test shows full signal strength.
