eventtriggers

After reading on this forum I've been trying to get a Terratec cynergy 2400i DVB card to work after a suspend/resume.

I've tried using
eventtriggers /create /eid 43 /tr ResetTV /ru System /tk c:\tools\restarttv.cmd

where that script restartv.cmd contains

net stop ehrecvr
devcon restart PCI\VEN_18C3
devcon restart NGENE*
net start ehrecvr

The script itself works a treat and will re-enable a tv card showing "no signal" (driver bug clearly)
*but*
whilst eventtriggers seems to create an event ok I keep getting a WBEM error in
c:\windows\system32\wbem\logs

(Wed May 10 22:51:37 2006.25133218) : NT Event Log Consumer: could not retrieve sid, 0x80041002

I've tried rebuilding/registering wbem & providers to no avail.

I've also tried using /ru with other users....

Where have I gone wrong?

Thanks
