having problems with Reuters news

hi there
i was wondering if someone can help me fix Reuters news television in mce 2005.the other day my flat mate used my computer and must of done something to it because when i went to watch Reuters news in mce it wouldn’t’ play any video stories in there the problem i am having with it is when i open it and go to a news story and press play it starts to load and then the screen goes white as it is loading up and then when its nearly loaded the screen goes white again and then goes back to Reuters screen without playing the video i chose to watch and when i go back to the start screen after closing Reuters in the small screen below on the start menu in mce it tells me it cannot play the video. if anyone can help me with this problem that would be a great help to me or any suggestions on how to fix would be great too also if there is any downloads to fix this problem that would be a real great help to me to get this problem fixed up so i can get Reuters news working again

Mike please dont double post. I could understand if it had been a week or two but it was only hours you waited before clutttering up the site with another thread

Doing this also makes it less likely that assitance will be forthcoming as it contravenes forum guildlines
