Cant get MCE Browser to work

I just stumbled across MCE Browser, but I can't seem to get it to work. I can watch videos, listen to music and everything off my pc but not sure how to use the browser. I installed version 2.2 and Im using Vista Ultimate x64.

The program is installed but when I access media center I dont see any option for a browser, any suggestions?
