Plugin and web pages

Hi,
I need to have a windows media center plugin to be placed on the main menu and when clicked it'll take me to a web page i.e. http://localhost using MCE Web Browser. Is there similar plugin available and where can I get it, or do I have to write it? If the latter, could someone shed some lights on how to achieve this. Really appreciate any help.

G'day, this link might be of help. I use it for all my browsing via Media Centre, running on Vista Premium. Works specially well with images as reading news items etc is a bit hard on the eye on a plasma screen. Cheers. Wills. Its Called MCE BROWSER.
