Unhappy Linksys DMA2200 disconnects.

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anybody else has seen / resolved this issue. I have a DMA2200 extender and it is working fine connecting to a Vista Ultimate (x64) Media Centre. The probelm I have is that if I exit out of the extender interface (to watch a DVD on the DMA2200 etc), or switch the box off and then back on the extender starts, the extender interface brings up the first MCE Menu Screen and then promptly disconnects from the server with a screen that only lets me select reconnect or cancel. The only way I have been able to get it to reconnect is to reboot the server and then start the extender up again. The extender and the server are hard wired to a gigabit switch, but I have also tried puting it all onto a 100Mb switch with the same results. The same things occures when used wirelessly too.

The extender has the latest firmware installed.

I suspect it is something on the server to do with the uPNP setup. Has anyone got any ideas?

Regards

RacinJason
