Wireless Headphones

Hi,

I'm wondering what the best wireless headphones are these days??? I've heard some good things about the Sennheiser RS130 but wouldn't mind some further opinions.

Re: Wireless Headphones

it depends on whether you want to look like a helicopter pilot/DJ or if you want some wrap around thingies...

Ive had the logitech freepulse for a little while now(bluetooth) I quite like 'em.

But I have to admit Im not really an audiophile so if you are the fussy and technical type, maybe read some reviews or see what others here say

good luck

Re: Wireless Headphones

Thanks Astrotoy....Are you finding any interference with your Logitech freepulse headphones? I haven't read anything bad about them yet but I haven't spoken to someone who has a pair either. I'm not too worried about the helicopter factor just so long as I receive some decent sound

Re: Wireless Headphones

I havent had any problem at all, and I live in a house with wifi, two other BT devices, a microwave and a wirless phone that operates at the same freq...

best thing to do is look up some reviews. I read quite a few before taking the plunge. There is a seller on ebay that sells them OEM for much cheaper than anything you'll get retail.

I'm also wanting a pair of cordless headphones. I ended up getting a wired pair as an interim thing (3H Steel Series) and they're pretty damned good. Comes with a mic that tucks into the left phone so when not in use it is hidden away.

Do they make you look like Tonny Bonner from Skippy ?? (the helicopter pilot)

Call me Betsy, but aesthetics are important to me

No I agree Astro. I hate these young dicks that walk around with their iPods and a huge pair of Bose headphones that make them look like they have extra ears grafted onto the sides of their heads.

Re: Wireless Headphones

I have been researching the freepulse logitech wireless headphones and they do seem quite good except for the very occasional drop out (1 sec at most). This is common for bluetooth enabled products so I believe I am personally going to buy a pair. They are also made to jack into my ipod so I think it will be a double win...That being the use of these on my pc when watching a movie and listening to my ipod when the need arises. I am also going to provide some feedback on these here after a couple of weeks if anyone is interested. Thanks Astrotoy for your help.

Yep booked a pair to pick up tomorrow morning. It's taken me 7 phone calls to find a pair in Eastern Melb.

I know Supes...I too am a slave to the gadget. I got a Joytech 540c switchbox on the weekend...it is VERY sweet. My WAF points are wavering at the moment, but it's her birthday next month so I'll get them all back when she gets her gift.
