Win7 build

Hi guys, I'm currently on XP MCE which has been great but I think it's time to move over to Win7 MCE. I've tested it on my current setup and it's runs a little sluggish, so it's probably time to upgrade.

Let me know your thoughts.

CPU = Q8400 (Quad core 2.66GHZ)
MB = Either Asus P5G41T-M-LX or Gigabyte GA-G41MT-ES2L (both seem ok and are about the same price). I'm leaning towards the Asus but if anyone has any input, would be great.
RAM = 4GB DDR3
Video = Resue the Nvidia 7200GS
Tuner = Reuse DNTV Dual hybrid PCI-E S2

Also, if someone could recommend a CPU cooler, that would be great too.

To be honest you'd be mad not to upgrade your video card at the same time. The 7200GS doesn't have the hardware acceleration capabilities of the later cards - the 8X00 cards at a minimum, but something like the GT210 would be better.

Had a look at the GT210 but it only has HDMI and my TV is a few years old....no HDMI.

Considering the 8400GS as it's fairly cheap and silent.

Any thoughts on the MB? Will either of the above do? Don't want to have issues with it going to sleep/waking.
