ATX mobo for 5.1/7.1 (not tooo expensive).

Greetings

I am still looking for an ATX mobo that will support 5.1/7.1, HDMI, etc.

So far from within this site I have identified 3 possible contenders, namely:-

1) GA-MA78GPM-DS2H (yep, MATX) - Cost approx. $114.
or
2) its big brother GA-MA790FX-DS5 (ATX) - cost approx. $219.
or
3) GA-MA-790GP-DS4H - cost approx. $167+.

QUESTIONS:

(A) Does no. 1) above have a SIMILAR-PRICED ATX equivalent ?. If so, details please.

(B) Given that I don't want to spend (WAF!) $219 for a mobo, are there any other GA mobos that will meet my need. (5.1/7.1 Dolby/DTS sound, internet, piccies, movies, etc.) ?

I am half swayed towards 3) above (the GA-MA-790GP-DS4H), but is there something cheaper??

Aren't equivalent spec'd ATX and MATX mobos similar in price?

Ever hopeful,

Thanks

BruceG.

Check out these boards:
http://www.shopbot.com.au/pp-dfi-lan...ice-97603.html
http://www.altech.com.au/productinfo.aspx?id=16799 Altechs RRP is a bit pricey ( they offer great customer service though), but you should be able to get this board for around $120.00
