Looking for a post with "CODECS" link in it.

Hiya

I have looked and looked, but cannot find a recent extensive post which had in it a link about codecs.

I *think* the link has the word 'codecs' in blue and underlined; perhaps double underlined.

I tried the search facility, but had so many hits on codecs I gave up.

In anticipation,

Thanks

What are you actually looking for? Info on FFDShow?

Justin

I'm afraid we can't help until we know what sort of thread you're wanting us to look for...:s

Re: Looking for a post with "CODECS" link in it.

Hello Justin and Ikee

What I am looking for was a particular post here on XPMEDIACENTRE that I quicky saw sometaime last week.

Generally the post was (to me as a newbie) quite informative on a couple of matters, and had what I recall was the word CODEC as a link. Being inquisitive, I thought that I would follow up the link at a later date, but being on the wrong side of 50, althemiers kicked in 5 minutes later.

I'm hoping the author of the post might read my plea and lt me know .

Thanks for your efforts - I will also follow up your suggestions.

I am using Combined Community Codec PAck (CCCP). It includes ffdshow and other goodies and is very good.
