Which board to replace an Abit AN8 Ultra???

I currently have an Abit AN8 Ultra board with a 4200 Athlon 64 X2 Dual core CPU in. I have always had some problems with the tuners that I have bought and this is no different with the DigitalNow Dual Digital Hybrids that I have in there currently.

On the whole they tend to be ok but tonight the same problem I have had before has re-appeared. The second physical card (running 2 physical tuner cards to give 4 tuners) has just disappeared. Usually when it happens, a Scan for New Hardware in Device Manager fixes things up, but every now and again the card just refuses to re-appear. Eventually it will come back. Its bizarre but I know that DigitalNow advise that some motherboards do have issues with their tuners coming out of sleep and mine is obviously one. I think the AN8 Ultra isnt perfect with Vista (certainly for me anyway)

So my question is, which motherboard is worthy of replacing my AN8 Ultra with? I have 4 x 512MB DDR 400 mem sticks, 500GB SATA drive, 200GB IDE drive, ATI Radeon X1600 GPU housed in an X15e case.

Can anyone recommend a good motherboard that is fully compliant with Vista and is a Socket 939 so I can use all my existing kit?

Cheers
