Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H - wake up with Remote?

Hello

I have a Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H motherboard - doing the trick and works great for me.

However, there is one thing i'd like from it, which i haven't been able to find information about thus far. I want to be able to use the MCE remote to start the computer (usually from hibernation... s3 i think...)

I can put the computer into hibernation with the remote, but haven't found how to wake it up. Is this an option which is supported by my motherboard?

Re: Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H - wake up with Remote?

Check for a jumber on the motherboard. My new Asus board has jumpers for USB wake up - by default they were set to S1, but since I changed them to the S3/S4 position, the remote wakes the PC.

Re: Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H - wake up with Remote?

I'm pretty sure my mate looked and said the motherboard didn't have any.

He suggested there may be something in the Bios to do it but was hoping someone here had done it so I would know if it was even a possibility.

EDIT: Just read a manual for the motherboard that i found online and although it supports wake up via ps/2 mouse or keyboard, there is no option listed for wake up via usb. Guess i'm out of luck unless someone knows a hack or program which can do what i want.
