Asus M2A-MX HDMI Mobo: How Good?

Does anyone have knowledge of this board? The advantage over the M2NPV-VM is it comes bundled with a SPDif module on the HDMI/AV add-on card. Also future-proofed for Hi-Def playback.

What about the fact the integrated graphics are ATI: RADEON X1250
