KMS Software Range For Media Center

2004 saw the launch of www.mediacenterware.com, a new website dedicated to a range of additional software applications and solutions for Windows XP Media Center Edition.

The KMS Software vision is to enhance the experience of Windows XP Media Center Edition users by delivering functional and fun products which are designed to integrate and become part of family life. Current products include a World Trivia Game and a suite of organisational software, including Contacts, Calendar, To Do, and Home Organiser.

Kevin Reynolds, Director and driving force behind KMS Software says “Our key focus is to listen to what Windows XP Media Center home users want. We have set up a forum on our website where people can leave feedback and make suggestions for future products they would like to use. By doing this we hope to produce and deliver products which will enhance and integrate with people’s lives.”

All software products integrate seamlessly with the Windows® XP Media Center Edition interface and are controlled through the remote control. This makes the software applications very intuitive to use.

Windows® XP Media Center Edition system builders and software distributors have the opportunity to offer KMS Software as value-added products to their customers, either stand alone products or bundled software. KMS Software also write bespoke applications for companies and organisations wishing to promote their products and services to the domestic market.

KMS Software is featured in the Online Spotlight section of Windows® XP Media Center Edition. This allows users to access the KMS software portal to purchase and download products with ease within a few clicks.

Later this year all KMS software products for Windows® XP Media Center Edition will be tested with Media Center Extender Technology to ensure that the full product range can be delivered via this new platform.
