Build Your Own Teatro D1 Style Media Center

Drooling over the Italian made OnCinema TEATRO D1 A/V component sized, aluminum encased MCE 2005 PC with a built-in 7-inch touch screen?

Well, make your way over to A-Tech Fabrication and checkout the U.S. made enclosure that is sure to steal some of TEATRO's thunder and put a pretty sweet PC in your living room (that's if you have the time to build one).

The A-Tech 5000 HP (USD $395) is available in two variations: one with a cut-out slot for a 7-inch touch screen (A-Tech recommends the Xenarc 700TS – $85 USD extra for LCD mount) or a version featuring a smaller 2-line LCD with a volume control knob (knob can be added to the 7-inch screen version for $45).

In addition, either case can be ordered with a slot or tray loading drive cut-out, along with a variety of add-on components, most notably the $55 USD custom designed ATI Radeon graphic card heat-sink that integrates perfectly with the case.

Specifications:

- 6061-T6 heat-treated aircraft grade aluminum chassis and faceplate
- Faceplate machined for either slot or tray load DVD drive
- Machined aluminum power button with switch and wiring
- Machined aluminum eject button
- Power status LED with wiring
- Mounting bracket for up to two hard drives
- DVD drive mounting brackets with cable routing guides
- Stainless steel stand-offs to fit full-size ATX motherboards
- Two 80mm plated fan grills with screws (fans not included)
- Plated I/O slot cover plates
- Low-profile rubber feet
- Hardware kit with all screws needed for installation
- Complete set of hex keys to work on your case
- Fine hand-sanded finish
- Black or Silver (clear) anodized finish
- Requires 2U style power supply
- Width= 17.50", Depth= 11.00", Height= 5.63" (less feet)
