DigitalLife Consumer Technology Event

DigitalLife is a four-day event, dedicated to educating consumers on what the digital lifestyle means in every aspect of life - at work, home and play. It is the largest technology event showcasing the latest in all things digital and is heavily attended by national influential consumer media. Over 60,000 consumers and over 1200 Press are expected to attend this year.

Microsoft in its keynote will have some interesting live media center demonstrations. The keynote address will be available as a webcast here and available on-demand after the event.

Webcast is live in NYC from 11:15 – 12:15 EDT, Thursday, September 27, 2007 which I calculate to be 1:15am Fri Sydney time.

Unhappy Re: DigitalLife Consumer Technology Event

OK I have to admit that I was waiting up for this last night.... Hoping that I could actually get Microsoft's new Internet TV.... No Go!

I then looked further and saw this article on Microsoft's site - http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/p...talLifePR.mspx

It specifically says USA here so I think we all miss out! what a dissapointment! Users of thegreenbutton.com have found it working but I haven't heard anyone in AU with any success.... If anyone gets this working please let me know. Otherwise, this is a big disappointment . For those that want something similar tho, have a look at tvtonic.com... I found it last night and it's pretty good, but not true IPTV.... More of a Video Podcast viewer.

Cheers - Scott
