Windows Media Center Beta Testing?

Windows Media Center Beta Testing?

Taken directly from the Microsoft website:

Interested in beta testing Windows Media Center?
Committed to reporting feedback and improving Microsoft products?

We Want You!

The beta testing process is very important because it helps ensure that we release the best possible product. If you are selected to participate in the beta program, you will be asked to install the product and report your testing experiences to Microsoft. Reporting will include installation surveys, bug reports, and other means as required by Microsoft.

The application process consists of a series of questions that are required for participation in the beta program. Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed for consideration.

Note: Due to the high volume of requests we receive, you will only be contacted if selected to participate in the beta program.

Please click the "Green Button" below and complete our tester application survey*.

*Please note that you may be asked to create a profile before taking to the survey

Thanks to jgriffin for breaking this [original thread] - I've elevated it to "News" as his thread wasn't getting a lot of activity.

Re: Windows Media Center Beta Testing?

Based on the questions that they ask it looks like DVB-S could be natively supported which would be nice. Now if only our version of NDS could be sidestepped and CAMs supported natively as well.

At least it sounds like europe might be taken a little more seriously now so hopefully they look a little further afield to solve other global issues too.
