xmltv to guide.bin

I'm developing an application to solve the EPG problem in Brazil. The application need be simple and unique, in others words, only one installation and only one gui.
For this become true I need know how convert a xmltv.xml to guide.bin.

I'm looking for the quickguide and bladerunner source code but I can't find.

If some one have a library or a know place to make research on the Net, this will help a lot.

Thanks about the help.

Re: xmltv to guide.bin

I need a way to populate the MCE from a xmltv.xml. Looks like that have another way to do this, maybe with a xml file.
That is the true target of my application.

If some one have some idea of a way to do that please tell me.
