The 'Guide' is not showing on menu

Hi friends

Have the Program Guide set well because when i go live TV all channels show what's currently running but interesting enough the Guide listing (GUIDE menu) is missing. This means i can't check what's coming next... Is there a config file to solve this, or is it a registry issue? Here in South Africa we don't have internet updated EPG, we do everything manually (Step-by-step guide)...

Your input will be valuable
