oztivo - guide not working

My latest system has been setup for about a month now, mce2005 bladerunner pro and oztivo guide. It has been working perfectly until last weekend on sat and sun I lost all guide data, on monday last week all the guide data was working again. This also happened just this weekend gone, only this time I still have no guide data. Mce appears to download data but displays nothing. I've logged into oztivo and checked my preferences and that side of things appears ok too. Does anyone have any ideas on what is happening?
