Error code 23

Hi.

I've just made a new ChannelInfo coz I've add soem new channels...
But when Im going through theese steps http://www.xpmediacentre.com.au/brp/partb.html
and it should download EPG data from BRP i get an error code 23.

Does anyone know what this can be caused ??

It used to work fine....

error code 23 = reboot pc and you should be fine.
