bladerunner pro 3.5 guide data code error 13

Hi I am getting bladerunner pro 3.5 guide data code error 13 when trying to download guide listings I have just installed bladerunner pro 3.5 and am using oztvio extreme. I have searched but cannot find a solution it says that it is because it cannot find an internet connection but obviously I am currently using one it even says that it is working when I test it in the media centre setup. Can someone please help.

I'm getting the same error. I found a guide for Bladerunner Pro but it seems to be outdated. At no time has it asked me where I live etc. Has anyone a solution for this?

I'm getting that too - it skipped that configuration bit completely during the install as in Part A of the instructions.
