Lap top USB TV

Hi everyone
I am a new starter so bear with me please.
I bought a HDTV USB Reciever today from Dick Smiths. It's a Gadget Geek.
Problem - whenever I try to run the driver set up it asks for me to please install hotfix first
Can anyone help me with this
Ekka
