Hello - Guys and Gals
I have had a laptop running Vista Home Premium and it has been filling the void of my media centre for about a year. However I have been gearing up for the main project for a number of years, collecting media etc and bits a pieces. I was recently given the green light and purchased the case, mobo etc and built it last week and installed all software this weekend just gone. Found I needed to update my tv card yesterday after reading sufficient info on this site to tell me to dump the old for a newer card acceptable to Vista.
Anyway finished yesterday and in the meantime whilst waiting for the money to buy a HDMI TV have just ordered a VGA to RCA convertor to run the MC on my 118cm rear projection TV. Cant justify buying big HDMI set just yet
