Ice TV have released an app for iPhone that allows you to manage your IceTV device using the iphone. Looks like a cool app if you're out n about and need to program something in a hurry.

If you have an internet enabled phone, you still have this option: http://remoterecord.com.au/
(icetv webpages for setting timers mobile enabled).
I have been doing this for a month or so on my N95.
