We agree.
We now have a new method for email support. There's a form on our
contact page that automatically opens a case in our tracking software and emails you back a link to see the case. This means our users and support staff can keep a closer eye on the conversations and response times, plus you'll receive confirmation in a few seconds that we got your request.
This was implemented a week or so ago.
