Any new news on icetv?

Just wondering if there is any NEW news on the icetv situation.
Last I heard, both sides were making final statements before the judge in late november.

November has been and gone and I'm just wondering if final statements were heard and if we are likely to hear a verdict in the near future.

Well, that's would I would have thought as well but here we are almost a month later and I've had a good look around and can't find any update on the situation.

Have I missed something or is it still awaiting the handing down of a determination?

Determinations can take months and months - I would think maybe around March would be a good timeframe? Nope you have not missed anything as yet!

To protest against ch9 I will personally remove ch9 from my programming. Nothing good there anyway.
Enough is enough - they are MS partners, but acting as they not.

Just to keep you all updated we are very confident in a positive result but are still awaiting a verdict in court. We will notify all concerned as soon as we can and we expect a result by the end of this month.
