Upgrading TV for HTPC

Currently i am looking at upgrading my tv for my htpc. I am looking at the Samsung LA46M81BDX to replace my existing Samsung LA32R71BDX.

What are everyones opinions on this tv for use with my htpc.

Thanks for your replies.
