No, they don't have the market share of the Sonsungs, so they don't get talked about much. I've run my VMC on a 46 and 52 inch one at my mate's custom install shop and wow! Well worth a look, but because of the lower market share, there's less places selling them, so the Sonsungs usually come out cheaper.

I am skeptical about Sharp. Especially 100Hz technology implementation .

You are definitely not your typical LCD owner. Not many people could bring themselves to make a statement like this, no matter how true, after having just bought a big LCD.
