Web Interface application w/ Wake on LAN

Hey All,

I would like to be able to login to a web interface which I host on my own PC to wake up other PC's in my network.

I have one PC which is set to Wake on RING so I can remotely wake that up and then would install the web server on this PC so I can login via a browser and wake up other PC's by using Wake on LAN

Does anyone know of a pre-built web server that can do this?

Alternatively is this in not available I guess I can make my own web page with a simple button which when clicked on calls a batch file to run the wake on LAN utility. If this is the path I need to take can anyone suggest an easy web server application to do this?
