360 MCE Connects but black screen on video

Just built a new PC, running Vista Ultimate, with Compro E700. Media Center works fine on the PC its in obviously the problem im having is the Xbox 360 connects to the media center, but if i try to watch live tv or watch a video, i just get a black screen, i can still browse the guide etc but the video is always black and no audio. When trying to run the Network Performance Tuner in Media Center from either end(360 or Computer) It always fails saying that it cannot connect.

I have Windows LiveOne installed on the PC and have enabled Media Center, MC Extender ect in the firewall settings. The router is a D-Link DI-624 with the 360 set as DMZ.

Any help or suggesstions would be greatly appreciated as I really would like to have media center working. Thanks in advance,
