It's found country code 009 which is US English. Have you added that key in your registry?
There should only be one in there (007) for you I believe?
I modded the code to take the last numeric value in the perlfib reg as the country code to use for the counter name lookup, assuming that there would only ever be one country code on the machine.
If you have added 009 can I ask you to delete it and try again with just 007 in there?
Somehow we'll nail this.
