Testing the Hibernator, now Heres a strange one

I just tried The Hibernator 2 nights ago, and it seemed to work fine, I use GB-PVR for my records and have it set to wake to record - which up until last night worked fine. Yesterday GB-PVR woke the machine at various times through out the day to do its recordings and The Hibernator put it to sleep as described, ran like a dream. Last night I powered on the Computer to verify the recordings and organize, Surfed the web and scheduled some more programs to record, the last thing I did was check the settings on The Hibernator and all I did was change the screen saver from "WindowsXP" to "Starfield" Showed my wife how The Hibernator works and as the system was going into hibernation shut off the T.V.

My next scheduled recording was 45mins later. My wife who was in the room reading a book at the time, said the PC turned on for about 5 mins and then turned off. ??? So I turned it back on and set it to Re-record the same show 3hrs later and left the PC running. Figuring that The Hibernator would put it back in Hibernation and everything would be fine. When I got up this morning the PC was still on??? I checked to see if the program was recorded, and it was, but for some reason the The Hibernator never put the system back in hibernation after it was over at 2am. Any Idea why it decided to work fine the first day and then not the next.
