Question Bad FreeXMLTV Guide data

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but half the things i schedule to record I go to play back later and find that annoying add substitution footage with the shopping mall music.

But not just that, lately the guide says one thing and something completely different is on. (for example last night i got braniac instead of futurama). but 80% of it is right. I would have thought this was a tell tale sign that i had assigned the channels wrongly. Maybe getting SD info instead of HD. I checked the guide allocation and it all seems fine. I even get the HD in the guide data title. It updates every second day.

Is it just MSN data that is poor or have i missed something?
