Re: no data brp and freexmltv

When FreeXMLTV was running did you see it saying something like "getting data for 19/5/06, Getting data for 20/5/06" etc?

After running BRP, did you go into Settings/TV/Guide?Get latest listings and force MCE to update the guide info?

No, it is a scheduled task, but after you initially install BRP you will need to do a manual one to get a guide, unless you want to wait about 24 hours until the next scheduled update has run.

Re: no data brp and freexmltv

The listing2.xml file only has a brief life. FreeXMLTV generates it then BRP picks it up and turns it into guide.bin, this is what MCE looks for to import the actual guide.

Check C:\WINDOWS\ehome\BladeRunnerPro\GuideData to see if guide.bin exists.

If you force a download guide now from MCE, does it say Guide Downloaded OK or does it give an error?
