Only worked once

I installed BRP 3 and Freexmltv 4 about 2 weeks back and all worked fine for the first time. That is I got data into MCE.
After a few days I started to get a message guide data low and before you new it no more guide data.
I then run the .bat file manually only to see a windows message that freexmltv has encountered an error and has to close followed by BRPro has encountered an error and has to close.
I then uninstalled freexmltv and re-installed. At the end of the install I got the same windows messages, freexmltv has encountered an error and has to close followed by BRPro has encountered an error and has to close.
Can someone please help I don't know what to try next.
